This is, unfortunately, what gives car dealerships and sales personnel a bad name. It's also why, when I find someone who treats me ethically, that I send business his/her way.

Right on, Mary Jo. I agree with you and do the same. I have half a notion to call Skillman myself on this issue and inform them of their employee's poor behavior (which is documented well due to his own stupidity). While I'm sure it wouldn't result in his dismissal, his employer needs to know of his personal business skills.
