If you have installed the WP Super Cache plugin, I believe it creates a htaccess file for you. I have a number of 301 redirects in my htaccess file (on GoDaddy) to handle bad links.

Re: How To Set Redirects on GoDaddy Hosting

I could have clarified a bit that I did look at each option and believe I chose the correct one. Here's what each of them say in order: 1.) Redirect files and folders to same path on destination domain, 2.) Redirect files and folders to destination domain root, 3.)
Do not redirect files and folders.

Re: How To Set Redirects on GoDaddy Hosting

Jason -- I'd be interested in what the mouse-overs say in those last 3 options... "no redirect" jumps out as me as not doing anything!
I'm pretty sure I know what "Match Path" is. IIS will do that same thing.
However I'm not sure about "Root Redirect"
