I just think he has a humorous method to his delivery. Not sure about the Planned Parent item. At first, his tone sounds satirical, but if Planned Parent is a plot to kill African American kids before they are born, wouldn't that be a Democratic plot and not a Republican plot?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Isn't that the comedian, Richard Pryor, on his shirt? I'm not sure that I can take anything he says seriously, because he is trying to be funny.
